DIY Smoothies : How To Prepare Pine Coconut Smoothies And Water Melon Smoothies

HOW TO PREPARE PINE COCONUT SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENT
1. 3 pieces fresh pineapple fruit
2. A small portion of coconut fruit(cut it into smaller sizes)
3. 2oz coconut milk
4. 4-5 ice cubes
Blend all in a smoothie maker and pour into glass
Decorate as you wish
Note: This is a serve for one.
For a large number of people, increase the quantity. Switch to natural fruits. Enjoy

HOW TO PREPARE WATERMELON -ORANGE SMOOTHIE .

INGREDIENT
1. 2 cups seedless watermelon
2. 1 orange
3. 1 banana
4. 2cups fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green, UGU)
5. Add chai seed( you can get chai seed in any super store like shoperite) & ginger
6. Add water if needed

Add the orange, banana watermelon to your smoothie blender first,  followed by spinach and the chai seed.
Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
Ready for drinking
