Trending topics most times centres on how this Lady lost pounds, how I lot excess weight and so on but no body really stops to think about this; what about those that want to add a little more weight? How can I add weight and remain healthy?
   Today I am going to Discuss some easy and healthy ways you can add weight if you want to.
       Tips to Healthy Weight Gain:
1. Healthy food.your body needs enough food which are very Rich in Calories in order for you to add some weight. So if you really want to add weight you *must* learn to love food. Eat yes Eat at least 3-6 meals a day if not possible.
What are some calories Rich food you need to gain weight?
    Here are some super healthy foods rich in calories:
* Rice: Rice is a cheap and convenient source of Carbohydrates that helps you gain weight fast. Just one cup of Rice provides 19p grams of Calories. But please not some types of Rice are high in Arsenic.
* Nuts and Nut butter: nuts like Pea nut, Cashews nuts etc are rich in calories.
*Red Meat: It's probably one of the best muscle building foods available. Leucine which is the Amino Acid the body needs to Stimulate protien Synthesis and new muscle tissues can be found in meat. Hence this is very useful to those who want to add weight if you are not vegetarian. Both Lean and fatty meats are helpful in gaining weight but the fatteir the meat the more the calories.
*Milk: it has been used for many Decades by muscle builders and those who want to gain weight. It provides a good balance of proteins, Carbs and fat. It's also a good source of Calcium. Drink at Least one or Two glasses of milk each day to gain weight fast.
*Salmond and Oily Fish.
*Dried fruits examples; Raisins, dates etc they are packed with lots of Calories and fibre. You can also snack on them from time to time.
*Home made protein Smoothies.
*Healthy Cereal Oat meal.
     The other ways to gain weight faster are:
2. Sleep. Don't joke with your sleep or rest. Your body needs it to add weight.
3.  Be consistent with your weight gain routine.
4.  Don't engage in rigorous exercises. Avoid running.
